We offer private and collective, online and face-to-face classes

The practice will focus on breath awareness, building flexibility, strength and balance.

 

You'll experience a combination of meditation, breathing techniques, yoga postures (asanas) and relaxation.

Each class ends with a sound part during final relaxation (Native American Flute, Handpan, Bowls, Chantings)

 

  • Beginners are welcome

  • Best not to eat anything 2-3 hours before the class (if you need to eat, you can take something light like a banana)

  • Not suitable for anyone with high blood pressure, heart diseases or severe back injuries.
